Safe custody.—Every foreign company shall keep every balance sheet to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company is carried on, shall record in Form INC-22 the description of every balance sheet so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Companies within seven days of the close of each year.
