Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the money changer shall apply to the Export Promotion Council in Form SEZ-2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Export Promotion Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
