Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the community radio station shall apply to the Broadcasting Authority in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Broadcasting Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
