Surrender of certificate.—Every community radio station who ceases to carry on the operation of a community radio station shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Broadcasting Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every set-top box held by him has been disposed of.
