Intimation of change.—Every community radio station shall intimate to the Broadcasting Authority, in Form IV and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Broadcasting Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
