Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a patent dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Copyrights in Form 27, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of patents then held; and the Registrar of Copyrights shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
