Safe custody.—Every licensee of a patent shall keep every specification to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the working of a patent under licence is carried on, shall record in Form 5 the description of every specification so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Copyrights within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
