Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a patent who ceases to carry on the working of a patent under licence shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Copyrights in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
