Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a patent shall intimate to the Registrar of Copyrights, in Form 9 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Copyrights shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of eight thousand rupees.
