Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the advertiser shall apply to the Central Authority in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Central Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
