Application for registration.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment carrying on the plying of a vehicle within a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form B, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every identity card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
