Application for registration.—Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Form 12, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every record of rights held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
