Report to the Government.—The Sub-Divisional Officer shall prepare, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of holders of land whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Uttar Pradesh and publish it within one hundred and twenty days of its preparation.
