Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the felling contractor shall apply to the State Board in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the State Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
