Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in milk who ceases to carry on the sale of milk shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every consignment of food held by him has been disposed of.
