Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in milk shall apply to the Registering Authority in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registering Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
