Surrender of certificate.—Every non-governmental organisation substantially financed by the Government who ceases to carry on the receipt of substantial financing from the Government shall, within five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokayukta in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every complaint held by him has been disposed of.
