Application for registration.—Every dealer in milk carrying on the sale of milk shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form F, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every container held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
