Intimation of change.—Every operator of a swimming pool shall intimate to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, in Form G and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
