Application for registration.—Every operator of a swimming pool carrying on the running of a swimming pool shall make an application for registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every competition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
