Rule 26, Delhi Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2006 [SA1-9DG]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the marriage bureau shall apply to the Registrar General in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Registrar General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
