Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sanitation contractor shall apply to the National Trust in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the National Trust shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
