Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of an advance authorisation dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Bihar in Form ANF-5A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every bond then held; and the Government of Bihar shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
