Conditions of registration.—Every holder of an advance authorisation shall carry on the import of inputs under an advance authorisation only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every letter of permission in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such letter of permission for inspection on request by the Export Inspector, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
