Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of an advance authorisation who ceases to carry on the import of inputs under an advance authorisation shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Bihar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-3A of the manner in which every foreign exchange held by him has been disposed of.
