Intimation of change.—Every holder of an advance authorisation shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form SEZ-2 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
