Fees.—The fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of one lakh rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Central Board by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form IV; and the Central Board shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within seven days of its receipt.
