Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a fishery in a reservoir dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Ground Water Authority in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every canal then held; and the Ground Water Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
