Grant of certificate of registration.—The Council of Insurers shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of fifty thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form IRDA-3 within seven days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every claim stated in the application.
