Bye-law 29, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (Registration of The display of insurance products on a website) Bye-laws, 2006 [SA0-NY4]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 7 January 2006.
Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form IRDA-7 not less than forty-five days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees; and the Council of Insurers shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the web aggregator within twenty-one days of the renewal.
