Application for registration.—Every web aggregator carrying on the display of insurance products on a website shall make an application for registration to the Council of Insurers in Form IRDA-8, within thirty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
