Definitions.—In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999); (b) "web aggregator" means a person carrying on the display of insurance products on a website; (c) "statement of claims" means a statement of claims received, held or disposed of by a web aggregator in the course of the display of insurance products on a website; (d) "Form IRDA-4" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
