Surrender of certificate.—Every requesting entity who ceases to carry on the authentication of identity shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Unique Identification Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
