Intimation of change.—Every requesting entity shall intimate to the Unique Identification Authority, in Form C and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Unique Identification Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
