Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform who ceases to carry on the publication of news on a digital platform shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Film Certification in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every print line held by him has been disposed of.
