Application for registration.—Every bank conducting Government business carrying on the conduct of Government business by a bank shall make an application for registration to the Controller General of Accounts in Form GFR 12-C, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
