Intimation of change.—Every bank conducting Government business shall intimate to the Controller General of Accounts, in Form GFR 41 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controller General of Accounts shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
