Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the conduct of Government business by a bank is carried on, the particulars of every register of contracts held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form GFR 19, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
