Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any manager of a math dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every account then held; and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
