Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manager of a math shall apply to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
