Application for registration.—Every manufacturer of telecommunication equipment carrying on the manufacture of telecommunication equipment shall make an application for registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form E, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every tariff held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
