Surrender of certificate.—Every manufacturer of telecommunication equipment who ceases to carry on the manufacture of telecommunication equipment shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
