Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of telecommunication equipment shall intimate to the Universal Service Obligation Fund, in Form F and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
