Intimation of change.—Every holder of benami property shall intimate to the Land Acquisition Officer, in Form 3 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Land Acquisition Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
