Conditions of registration.—Every holder of benami property shall carry on the holding of property in the name of another only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every possession certificate in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such possession certificate for inspection on request by the Sub-Registrar, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
