Intimation of change.—Every hire-purchase financier shall intimate to the Registrar of Firms, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Firms shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
