Intimation of change.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform shall intimate to the Broadcasting Authority, in Form VII and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Broadcasting Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
