Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of news on a digital platform shall apply to the Broadcasting Authority in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Broadcasting Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
