Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of news on a digital platform who ceases to carry on the publication of news on a digital platform shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Broadcasting Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
