Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the nominee of a member to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 13, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Central Board shall record the manner and the date of service within ninety days of the service.
